Adegoke is a strategic leader with a global perspective and over 15 years of experience across diverse industries in the United States and Africa. His expertise spans higher education, learning and development (L&D), continuing medical education, project management, team development, and learning experience design. He made significant contributions to organizations such as the American College of Surgeons, Rush University Medical Center, Advocate Health Care, and Covenant University, Nigeria. As a lifelong learner, he has completed numerous courses and certifications in training management, design thinking, and qualitative research, among others. Adegoke leverages his diverse experience to lead the design and delivery of adaptable solutions that meet organizational goals. He has a PhD in Education from Purdue University and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner) and Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM).
